An extension from the PopMat Paper Mats, these Paper Cuffs slide over glass votives to dress them up with panache. Silhouettes from the cut-out patterns let you determine the tone and mood of your table settings. Each pack contains 4 of same design and color. Made from recycled paper with minimum 30% postconsumer fiber. Paper Cuffs require the use of glass votives, do not slide over candles without a glass votive. Fits a standard 2" diameter glass votive. Glass votives and candles are not included.
