Inspired by Victorian shaped pillows, these cushions or dolls are created with the graphics based on the first mass produced images from Nineteenth century illustrations.
Ross Menuez has designed and developed everything from small aircraft, kitchen, office, and home furnishings to commercial interiors throughout Europe, U.S., and Japan. He founded Salvor Projects in 2003. His list of accomplishments: Finalist in 2009 Cooper-Hewitt National Design Award; Commissioned pieces for Mariko Mori and Bruce Weber; costume for Bjork; Menuez’s line is currently sold in retailers around the world such as Isetan in Tokyo, Space Mue in Seoul, Maria Luisa in Paris, Maxfield and Barneys in Los Angeles, and Dover Street Market in London.
