If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you do not have an account, please email orders@greenergrassdesign.com for a return authorization.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days (please see exceptions listed below). The item must be returned in original and unused condition and in original packaging. It must be well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition or to oversized items that shipped for free. All special orders and sale items are considered non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
For Junghans Watches: Subject to certain exceptions set forth below, if for any reason you are not satisfied, Junghans/DKSH will gladly accept your return within 10 days of merchandise being shipped to you. A return authorization must be initiated within 10 days of the merchandise being shipped to you and product returned within 5 days of the return authorization being issued. Further, all products must be returned with the original receipt, in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all original shipping and product packaging, protective materials, and tags in place. Junghans/DKSH will not accept any returns if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, or if the 10-day returns authorization has passed.
Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 48 hours. Please contact Greener Grass Design immediately.
